HIV expert at the Dermatology Clinic of the Ruhr University Bochum and spokesman for the German Competence Network HIV/AIDS since 2002, member of the Bord of Directors of the TMF from 2006 to 2012.

Head of the telematics project group established by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security, one of the initiators of the TMF and member of the TMF Advisory Board from 2001 to 2004.

Meanwhile, Dr. Dietzel is retired, but still active as member of the Bord of Directors of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Gesundheitstelematic (DGG) and in several national and international initiatives for telematics.

Director of the Clinic for General Internal Medicine at Kiel University from 1990 to 2009, chairman of the Board of Directors of the TMF from 2003 to 2011, general secretary of the German Society for Internal Medicine (DGIM) since 2011.

Member of the Bord of Directors of the TMF from 2006 to 2007, initiator of the working group Management of Clinical Studies and interim spokesman of the group in 2004, supervisor of the projects TMI-Server and of reports regarding the pseudonymisation of the AMG.

For several years, Dr. Herold is now working for the EMA in London.

Member of the Board of Directors of the TMF from 2008 to 2014, director of the Institute of Medical Statistics, Informatics and Epidemiology, University of Cologne since 1995.

Member of the Board of Directors of the TMF from 2003 to 2008, member of the TMF Coordinating Council in 1999 as well as from 2002 to 2003, coorporation on various projects in the TMF.

Furthermore, Prof. Oertel (Neurology, University of Marburg) is the spokesman of the Competence Network Parkinson and a member of the TMF.

 Prof. Ohmann (KKS Düsseldorf) is still a member of the TMF and an active participant within ECRIN and the KKS Network.

Since 2004, Dr. Reng, a former member of the Competence Network CED, is working as head physician at the Medical Clinic II of the Goldberg-Klinik Kelheim.

Dr. Richter has been active for the research network CAPNETZ and is now working for the AQUA Institute Göttingen, Institute for the Promotion of Quality and Research in Health Care.

Furthermore, Prof. Rienhoff (Medical Informatics, University of Göttingen) is actively participating in several research networks. With his faculty in Göttingen, he is still a member of the TMF.

 Mr. Speer is still working at the IMISE, university Leipzig. With the ZKS Leipzig, he is still a member of the TMF.

Today, Prof. Überla (IBE LMU Munich), the former president of the Federal Health ffice and TMF's representative of the Competence Networks Leukemia and HepNet, has retired.
